Welcome to Lucent Sky AVM version 2412 MR, the final release of the year. As we focus on making architectural enhancements and incremental improvements on ML-augmented vulnerability remediation, this release has relative few user-facing changes - among them are new capabilities such as scanning from Subversion repositories, updated weakness policies with support for CWE 4.16, and a handful of minor fixes. Let’s take a look at the prominent new features, enhancements, and important changes in version 2412.
In version 2412, we added the ability of scanning from Subversion (SVN) repositories. Along with support for Git and TFVC repositories, Lucent Sky AVM works natively with over 99% of the VCS and ALM systems. Lucent Sky AVM version 2412 has been tested to ensure compatibility with Windows Server 2025, including integration with Active Directory domains that are set to Windows Server 2025 functional levels. In addition, the .NET Framework CLI and the cross-platform CLI have been tested on Windows Server 2025 as well.
For customers with managed Lucent Sky AVM instances and customers of Lucent Sky AVM On-Demand, your servers will be updated to 2412 MR in the next few days, unless they are affected by backward compatibility issues or an opt-out is in effect.
