Lucent Sky AVM 4.6.1 is a maintenance release. Included in this release are analysis engine improvements for .NET and Java applications, broader rule package customization support, and database performance improvements.

Updates in Lucent Sky AVM 4.6.1 include:

• Analysis engine improvements - the data flow and heuristic algorithms in the analysis engine were improved, to allow more accurate vulnerability tracking and heuristic-based vulnerability detection.
• Rule package customization improvements - additional rules can be fine-tuned through customized rule packages. To learn about how to apply the changes, contact Lucent Sky support.
• Database performance improvements - a database degradation issue when running on systems with certain locales was fixed.

Updating to 4.6

If you are using Lucent Sky AVM Enterprise, Standard or Test Edition (either on-premise or cloud) and have an active subscription or maintenance agreement, you can update to Lucent Sky AVM 4.6.1 immediately. Our support team will reach out to you shortly to schedule an update. If you are using Lucent Sky AVM On-Demand, your server will be updated to Lucent Sky AVM 4.6.1 in the next few days.
